Results
Domain rank, backlinks, and referring domains, plus what verified, attributed, and seen in index mean.
Results is where you see the outreach paying off: your domain's authority over time, and the backlinks your agents earn. It tracks the Website you set in Knowledge.
You need a website first#
If Results shows "No website yet. Add your website in Settings > Knowledge and Results starts tracking it", add your site there. Results tracks that domain, so it must be the real one you want ranked.
The tiles#
Three tiles show your domain's authority, each with a 30-day change chip and a sparkline:
- Domain rank. The DataForSEO domain rank, on a 0 to 1000 scale.
- Backlinks. The count of links pointing to your site.
- Referring domains. The number of distinct domains that link to you, which matters more than raw link count.
The change chip reads "+12 in 30 days", "no change", or "no 30-day baseline yet" when the history is too short to compare.
Backlinks won by your agents#
Below the tiles, this section lists the links tied to your outreach. Before any land, the empty state reads "No backlinks recorded yet. Sends are going out; wins land here the day the index sees them." Each link shows a dofollow or nofollow badge, then one confidence status.
Verified, attributed, and seen in index#
These three statuses tell you how sure GenLink is that a link is real and yours:
- Verified. A crawl found the live link on a page you pitched. This is the strongest signal.
- Attributed. The link is claimed by your outreach: it is tied to a lead row, or its source is the agent, our crawl, or you recording it by hand.
- Seen in index. The index found the link, but nobody you pitched is on that page. In the app's words, "the index saw this link; nobody we pitched is on the page."
How a link is confirmed#
- A daily job re-crawls every page you pitched, looking for a live link to your site, over a 120-day window, re-checking every 72 hours. It uses an honest
GenLinkBot/1.0user agent. If a page returns a 403, it counts as blocked, not checked. - A separate daily job pulls live backlinks from the index, and another snapshots your own domain for the tiles.
The per-agent Results tab#
Each agent has its own Results tab with ranges of 7d, 30d, and 90d. It charts three series, Sends, Replies, and Backlinks, each with a total and a "best day". Backlinks are split into "{n} from your outreach, {n} found on the site", so you can see what the agent earned versus what already existed.
How long a link takes to show up#
Be patient with timing. A link is only counted once it exists on the live page and, for index-based counts, once the search index has crawled and recorded it. That can take days to weeks after a site adds your link, which is normal for how indexes work. GenLink does not invent numbers, so a real win only appears here once it can actually be seen.
Reports#
You also get a weekly report on Monday morning and a daily summary in the afternoon, so you do not have to check the dashboard to know how the week is going.
